Hello, I’m Chris Martin, one of the owners of Bedlam Computers.
When I acquired Bedlam Computers with my partner we didn’t see many good options for computer repair and service for the average computer owner in Norman. People experienced these frustrations when needing computer repair or service:
· Have to leave their computer for days
· Not understanding the “techy speak” of the computer store employees
· Experiencing unauthorized repairs costing way more than anticipated
We quickly acquired a vision of relieving these frustrations and providing the best quality service at competitive prices for our customers. We created Norman’s only guaranteed 8 hour repair service! Then we created a culture built around integrity and making your experience in doing business with us as enjoyable as possible. No techy speak at Bedlam and no unauthorized repairs. We also have become Norman’s first and only computer store with certified Mac and PC repair technicians!
It’s been a long, exciting, and rewarding journey that has taken us down roads we had never traveled before. We encountered many obstacles along the way that made us question if this was the right choice. However, we have persevered, never avoiding the obstacles that stood before us but breaking them down as we approached them. This is what has made us into who we are today and distinguishes us from other computer stores; the ability to learn from our mistakes and improve ourselves and our company through them.
